Refund policy

It is our mission to provide you with the best quality products and the best customer experience possible.  However, if you are dissatisfied with any PGF product for any reason, it can be returned within 30 days for a FULL REFUND.

If you request a refund, the refund will be granted and credited back to the account it was originally charged once the item has been returned and received by PGF.

Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the return to be processed. It may take up to 3-5 working days for the bank to recognize the credit on your end and for your account to reflect the credit.
